Policies

Cancellation: We ask that you cancel your appointment as soon as possible and we receive a 24 hour notice so we can fill your spot with clients on our waiting list. If you do not cancel 24 hours in advance, we reserve the right to charge you 50% of your scheduled service price for missing your appointment without notice at our discretion.

Late Arrival: If you are more than 10-15 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule all or some of your services, so your tardiness does not affect other clients. If you are more than 10-15 minutes late, we may need to reduce your service. If we do need to reschedule your appointment, you will be subject to a 50% service charge of your scheduled service.

No Show: If you no show on the day of your appointment we reserve the right to charge you 100% of your blocked service price. If you are a no show three times, we reserve the right to no longer take you as a client.

Card on File: Effective January 1st 2023, after ONE of the three following incidents: a cancellation, late arrival, or no show, we will be requiring a card on file to book future appointments. In the event there is a future cancellation, late arrival or a no show, your card will be charged according to the policies listed above. We accept all major credit cards.

Supervised Children: We welcome children of all ages, but we do ask that they be suprervised at all times for their own safety and for the experience of other clients during their scheduled appointment time. It is not a safe place for unattended children.

We ask that you please make arrangements prior to your appointment for you child/ children that are not receiving a service. This is so you and other guests at the wellness center can fully enjoy the experiences we offer.

We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment with a 50% service charge if childcare is not provided/ secured within 15 minutes of the start of your appointment time.

Children in the Salt Room: Ages 16 and younger need to be accompanied by an adult in the salt room, please be attentive to your child/children in the salt room. DO NOT let your child/ children throw salt, stick the salt in their mouths, touch the salt walls, roll around in the salt, do not let them throw/ kick it out onto the floor. Do not let your child/ children scream while in the salt room. We want to provide a calming atmosphere for all guests. Clean sand toys are welcome for your child/ children to play with. Failure to follow these rules, will subject you to a $25 charge for cleaning the salt room.
