Q. What form of payment do you accept?
A. Cash, check, Mastercard and Visa. Gratuities are not expected for services but referrals are greatly appreciated. Returned checks are assessed a $25.00 fee.
Q. Do you sell gift certificates?
A. Yes. You can stop by or call to purchase one. We can send you or your loved one an instant e-gift certificate or you can stop in to pick one up. If a gift certificate is mailed it can take anywhere from 3-5 business days. If you need it sooner, please call.
Q. Do you have a cancellation policy?
A. Yes. You need to call at least 24-hours to reschedule or cancel your session. Should you cancel within 24 hours of your schedule treatment, you will incur 50% of the charge of the session. If you do not show up for your session, the full cost of the session is applicable.
Q. How should I dress for the treatment?
A. You will be covered with a sheet and blanket throughout the treatment and only the area being worked on will be exposed. So, feel free to wear whatever you’d like and to disrobe to your level of comfort for the session.
