MEET DIANTHA
I discovered the healing capacity of massage while trying to find a solution to my shoulder/neck pain and finding that the usual route (doctor/chiropractor / physical therapy) was not responding or alleviating the pain. With over 9 years of experience studying and working in the industry, I have a strong foundation in Swedish and Deep Tissue work and I am committed to providing my clients with bodywork that leaves them feeling relaxed, less stressed, pain-free and best of all – feeling healthier.

I offer restorative bodywork and herbal rituals through ecologically responsible principles. Located in Scotch Plains, NJ, I provide holistic therapy in balance with the earth for the benefit of the body, mind and spirit.
The four essential elements that will be focused on during your visit are:
Body ● Mind ● Mood ● Spirit. Understanding that every person seeking massage therapy required individual emotional and physical care. It is with this understanding that I believe it is important to not only offer clients the best possible healing environment, but also a variety of massage techniques to best suit each individual’s needs.
Providing clients with a safe space where they can connect with and nurture their bodies is of the utmost importance to me. I work intensely and structurally to help relieve chronic and acute pain caused by soft tissue tension or stress – which helps my clients become more at ease and in control of their bodies.
Mindful Body believes that touch is essential to our physical and emotional well-being. Massage is a natural healing touch that refreshes both the body and the mind. Listening to and working in partnership with my clients only helps to maximize the benefits of massage.
